ALA's Highway and Roads design staff offers comprehensive highway design and related services in all phases of highway project development including planning, environmental analysis and permitting, roadway drainage, stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control, and highway design. The experience and qualifications of our staff allow us to undertake any size or type of highway design project. As a result, we have a wide range of experience in highway project development that ranges from local roads to major Interstate highways.

Our clients include many state highway agencies, and county and city governments. Thus, our staff is experienced in the use of the latest highway design technology and has knowledge and experience in application of national, state and local design standards. Our design staff has experience on design-bid-build contracts as well as design-build and Public-Private Initiative contracts.
