ALA was responsible for drainage and SWM for intersection improvements which involved the widening of roads and the realignment of islands and ramps. ALA was responsible for drainage design for curb inlets and storm drains for Preliminary Investigation Plans. ALA analyzed the project for additional impervious area and prepared a Preliminary Investigation SWM Report.
