Location: Baltimore, MD

ALA provided the structural design for this 700-car, 8-story post-tensioned concrete parking structure. Concrete beams and slabs are supported on reinforced concrete columns. The parking structure is supported on drilled shafts. The structure is approximately 110-ft wide and 250-ft long. Because of its length, shrinkage and temperature forces were significant. In-depth analysis and design were performed to accommodate these forces.
