11th Street

ALA was a subconsultant for this large bridge project, for which the firm designed 10 bridges.  This project required complex design of the bridges and interchanges to allow for the efficient staging of the construction, detailed maintenance of traffic, and major utility relocations. The 10 bridges are as follows:

·        Inbound I-295 over M Street

·        Bridges that carry ramps C-3, B-3 and B-4 over Good Hope Road

·        Bridge that carries Ramp C-4 to local 11th Street over Good Hope Road

·        Ramp D-3 over Ramp E-1

·        12th Street over CSX Railway

·        Ramp A-2 over 11th Street & Southeast Boulevard

·        11th Street over CSX Railway

·        Ramp A-1 over CSX tracks, SE, Expressway, and M Street

·        Ramp E-1 over Southeast Boulevard and 11th Street
